About The Opportunity

We're excited to offer two fantastic opportunities for Human Resources Officers to join our People, Safety and Culture team, including:

  • 1 x Permanent Full-time Position, and
  • 1 x 12-month Full-time Fixed Term Contract Position

This is the perfect opportunity for emerging HR professionals who are looking to develop their skills further in a supportive team environment.

You'll lead recruitment activity across a wide variety of roles and be exposed to broader HR operations including policy, performance and employee support. This role plays a key part in delivering meaningful outcomes for our workforce, offering the opportunity to make a valued contribution while continuing to learn and grow.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and provide excellent support to hiring leaders
  • Deliver accurate advice on HR policies, procedures and industrial instruments
  • Support onboarding, employee movements and condition changes
  • Contribute to HR projects, performance matters and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively within a positive, learning-focused team environment

About You

If you're a motivated early to mid career HR professional, or someone with strong recruitment and admin skills looking to step further into HR, this could be your next big opportunity

We're seeking someone with:

  • A certificate-level qualification in HR or a related field, or relevant workplace experience
  • Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing recruitment processes from advertising through to onboarding
  • A strong customer service mindset and high attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in growing your HR capabilities in a team that values learning, integrity and impact
