Customer Advisor

• Part-time role based in Melbourne's Metro East Area providing support to Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Camberwell, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Healesville, Knox ,Chirnside Park & Waverley Gardens when required
• Leave & Relief Position - It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering planned and unplanned leave *mileage paid
• 5 days per week, Monday - Thursday 9:15am - 4:15pm and Friday 9:15am - 5:15pm

The Hours
Join our team in this part-time role working
5 days per week, Monday - Thursday 9:15am – 4:15pm, & Friday 9:15am – 5:15pm.
The first 10 weeks of the role will require full time availability for training and onboarding at our
Camberwell Branch
.

Your skills and expertise will be required to cover our
Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Camberwell, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Healesville, Knox ,Chirnside Park & Waverley Gardens
branches, so a license and transport is essential.  *Mileage paid.

In this role, you will

• Support our Metro East Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
• Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and baking transactions
• Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
• Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
