This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property management professional who is ready to step into a visible, relationship driven role with genuine influence.
The Opportunity
In this hands-on position you will take responsibility for the daily operations, presentation and performance of the centre to ensure it consistently delivers a high quality customer and retailer experience. You will work closely with owners, retailers and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships and support the commercial success of the asset.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety and customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, retailers and key stakeholders
• Support lease negotiations, rent reviews and renewals and assist with arrears management
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
• Oversee marketing activations and collaborate with marketing teams to drive customer engagement
• Assist with the development and delivery of capital works programs and special projects
About You
• Proven experience in commercial property management
• Centre management experience is highly valuable
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability
• Ability to balance operational excellence with commercial acumen
• A proactive, solutions focused approach and genuine enthusiasm for the retail environment
