We're after a reliable, skilled Plant Mechanic to maintain, service, and repair our fleet of piling rigs and heavy equipment. If you like hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that delivers big projects, this is your role.


What you'll do
  • Service, maintain, and repair piling rigs, excavators, and heavy plant & Trucks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
  • Attend breakdowns on-site when needed.
  • Keep equipment records and follow safety standards.
  • Work closely with project teams to minimise downtime.

What we're looking for
  • Qualified mechanic (Cert III in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent).
  • Experience with heavy plant, construction, or industrial machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to sites across Sydney and occasionally interstate.
  • Australian work rights and a current driver's licence.
