  • Respond to client inquiries, providing tailored travel advice and recommendations based on preferences, budget, and destination requirements.
  • Suggest itineraries, travel routes, and options for accommodation, tours, transport, and insurance.
  • Provide information and literature on local attractions, tours, and cultural customs.
  • Research, prepare, and manage bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy in dates, pricing, and travel documentation.
  • Use booking systems (e.g. HomHero) to issue confirmations, itineraries, and pre-arrival documents.
  • Make and confirm reservations for accommodation and transport connections (bus, plane, ship, train).
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and re-bookings while minimising disruption for clients.
  • Process payments, invoices, and issue client vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
