As part of our Sydney team, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our digital footprint across New South Wales. You'll work with clients in sectors such as defense, water, and energy, helping them navigate digital transformation and unlock new value through technology (GIS, Software Engineering and Digital Consulting including Data Analysis) .

The opportunity

As a digital leader in the Sydney office, you will develop the project pipeline for our digital team, shaping and growing opportunities to work with our clients. You will navigate and be working across multiple projects, providing digital expertise to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You won't be alone, joining a multi-disciplinary digital team of over 100 subject matter experts based across Beca's digital hubs

You will have the opportunity to grow o ur digital footprint in New South Wales. D elivering projects that change our world you will play a senior role in developing our approach and the delivery of technical components of these projects . .

This is a senior, externally focused role where you'll lead client engagement, shape opportunities, and drive the growth of our digital project pipeline . You'll be instrumental in:

• Winning work by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and crafting compelling digital solutions.

• Delivering projects across our markets defence , water, and energy, helping them navigate digital transformation and unlock new value through technology .

• Contributing to digital capability development , helping evolve our digital practice and mentoring others.

You will need to be curious and comfortable asking questions to uncover our clients requirements and develop the most appropriate approach with our clients' outcomes in mind.

This role will enable you to leverage your relationship building experience, technical and delivery skills set to support our digital consulting offering in a real-world setting, helping with the delivery of projects both in Australia and globally.

About you

You will enjoy working across different projects, industries, and disciplines to develop and deliver solutions and new digital offerings. You will enjoy being the person who others come to for guidance and advice, with the ability to build out a clients' understanding of how a digital approach can add value to a project. You will enjoy working in the engineering and asset management domains .

• A record of accomplishment building digital sales pipeline s and delivering value in client-facing roles

• Credibility as a problem solver in digital space , through experience in the ICT and digital domain – particularly connected to the physical asset lifecycle

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships particularly with our clients and internal partners

• Curiosity and confidence to ask the right questions and shape the right solutions

• Providing quality service to clients, anticipating client enquiries or issues, and dealing with them effectively

• Due to the nature of our client s and projects, you must hold (or will be able to obtain) an Australian Government security clearance
