Our client—a confidential Montessori long day care centre—is hiring for:

  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
  • Diploma Educators
  • Babies Room Lead (0–2 years)

We're after people who are open, steady and kind—happy to learn our way of working, follow clear routines and practices, take feedback well, and keep a sense of humour.

No Montessori experience? We'll train you.

What's on offer
  • Full‑time or part‑time (casual considered)
  • Start: September/October 2025
  • Ongoing coaching and Montessori training

Your first 90 days
  • Learn the daily rhythm and room routines and follow them consistently
  • Use our planning and documentation templates (observations/learning stories)
  • Ask when unsure, take feedback on board, and keep communication simple and calm
  • Flag issues early so the team can help
Role snapshots

ECT — ACECQA‑approved ECT; leads the program within our approach, supports educators day‑to‑day, keeps documentation current.

Diploma Educators — ACECQA‑approved Diploma; confident with routines, care moments, and documentation; team‑first.

Babies Room Lead (0–2) — Diploma+; anchors the sleep/feed/settling rhythm, partners well with families, and keeps the room consistent.

All roles — Blue Card, HLTAID012 (or willing to update), full Australian work rights, punctual and reliable.
