
Fleet Network Officer

What You Bring:
Join our Safety, Risk & Compliance Team as a Fleet Network Officer and play a critical role in our national network. Our Group Security & Compliance Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.
- Supervisory Experience – Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinking and effective decision-making.
- Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent Communication – Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Transport experience or understanding of NHVR regulations is preferred with additional training available.
What You'll Do:
Freight & Logistics Coordination – Keep deliveries running smoothly and on time.
Regional Network Planning – Oversee and coordinate regional network to ensure deliveries and changeovers.
Compliance & Safety – Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met.
Incident Response – Ensure effective communication with Drivers and Depots to support incident response (e.g. blocked highways, road diversions or mechanical breakdowns).
Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for network improvement to support overall network performance.
Record Keeping & Reporting – Maintain compliance records and prepare reports.
Driver Welfare – Conduct regular check-ins to support wellbeing.
Process Enforcement – Uphold and guide other team members on company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
