We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver / Handyperson to join our team. You will specialise in driving the company owned truck for collection of purchased goods and client orders and will also be responsible for general maintenance services.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Foreman you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Truck Driving – scheduling best route and most economical collection schedule
  • Upkeep of the exterior premises
  • Grounds and garden maintenance
  • Building and day to day general Maintenance duties within the factory and offices.
  • Cleaning – ride on sweeper
  • Repairs
  • Rubbish removal – empty bins
  • Pick up/ deliveries
  • Driving Forklift
  • Washing/ cleaning vehicles – truck upkeep

To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Quality workmanship, great attention to detail required
  • Must have own transport
  • Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and self motivated
  • Take pride in your work and have a right-first-time attitude
  • Current Forklift License & experience
  • Valid Driver's Licence – car and MR Licence (minimum)
  • Previous maintenance experience
