Global Head of Logistics
to lead and scale its logistics function across multiple regions.

This senior leadership role reports into the Chief Commercial Officer and has responsibility for logistics operations spanning Australia/NZ, Asia, North America, and the UK. The position plays a central role in improving cost outcomes, lifting service reliability, and ensuring the logistics network is fit for long-term global expansion.

The role

You will take ownership of the global logistics agenda, shaping strategy and translating it into tangible operational outcomes. Leading regional logistics leaders across key markets, you'll drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the network.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Setting the direction for global logistics strategy with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and service excellence
  • Leading and developing regional logistics leaders across multiple geographies
  • Overseeing international freight, warehousing, inventory flow, and distribution activities
  • Designing and executing a best-in-class 3PL model, including partner selection, commercial negotiations, and performance governance
  • Building performance frameworks and reporting that provide visibility across cost, service, and delivery outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, introduce automation, and leverage technology
  • Working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, sales, and technology teams to support commercial objectives
  • Anticipating supply chain and logistics risk and putting practical mitigation plans in place
  • Leading logistics transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and margin performance
  • Defining and owning the logistics systems roadmap, including transport, warehouse, and data platforms
  • Holding full accountability for logistics financial performance and network design decisions

About you

You are a senior logistics leader with experience operating at a global or regional level in complex, fast-moving environments. You bring a commercial mindset, are comfortable owning P&L outcomes, and have a track record of building scalable logistics capability.

You will likely bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline
  • Extensive senior-level experience leading logistics or supply chain functions internationally
  • Demonstrated success delivering cost efficiencies and service improvements at scale
  • Hands-on experience managing 3PL tenders, contracts, and long-term partnerships
  • Strong understanding of global freight, warehousing, and distribution models
  • A data-led approach to performance management and decision-making
  • The ability to influence across functions and regions
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled logistics improvement initiatives
