Experienced Forklift Driver

Join Our Cold Storage Team

We're currently looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver with cold storage experience to join our growing warehouse operations team. If you're safety-focused, used to working in refrigerated environments, and have a strong background in forklift operation, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts (counterbalance, high reach, or pallet jacks) in sub-zero environments
  • Load/unload refrigerated trucks and containers
  • Pick, move, and stack pallets and materials in a cold storage warehouse
  • Ensure safe handling and accurate placement of temperature-sensitive products
  • Perform daily equipment safety checks and follow safety protocols
  • Work closely with warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in refrigerated and freezer zones

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift license (counterbalance and/or high reach preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of forklift experience in a cold storage or chilled environment
  • Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 0°C to -25°C
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety and PPE standards
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items as required
  • Reliable and able to work independently or within a team
  • Good communication and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with RF scanners or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Knowledge of food safety and cold chain compliance (HACCP, GWP, etc.)
  • Import and Export Container unloading and loading experience
  • Availability to work early mornings, day shift, afternoon shift
