What's The Role
We're seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.

We have a nightshift and dayshift role available, 10am and 10pm starts. Both roles are fulltime Monday to Friday.

Lindsay Transport is Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. We're part of the Lindsay Group, a national leader in transport and logistics, connecting regional communities with key markets across Australia.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

  • Safe Always - Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
  • Temperature Sensitive Freight - working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
  • Freight Handling - Loading and unloading vehicles; moving freight to and from storage areas; Primarily loading dry, fresh, refrigerated, frozen freight onto trailers for distribution.
  • Load Management & Accuracy - Load trucks in accordance with the load sheet
  • Equipment Operation - Stabilisation equipment is used as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Have a valid & current forklift licence and experience in this class
  • Have warehouse and pick, packing and stocktaking experience
  • Have experience loading and unloading trucks
  • Have refrigeration experience (preferred)
  • Be reliable and punctual with good communication skills
  • Be able to adhere to transport documentation
