The Opportunity
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team. With your expertise, you will provide administrative support to construction projects, working with the delivery team to ensure key milestones are met.
As a highly organised professional, you will prepare management reports, compile job site packages for field crew, maintain various databases in a timely manner and process timesheets for field and office team members. You'll be supported by a great team of people including the Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Field Crew.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industry
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment
- Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
