Senior Contracts Administrator Role

This is a senior position for a dynamic team, leading a major new build project in North West Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective collaboration with the Client and Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach Commercial Team members to foster growth and excellence.
  • Develop and implement the project procurement strategy, including managing project cost management and Head & Subcontract Variation.
  • Collaborate with the Client to ensure timely resolution of contractual issues.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive Monthly Financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CA or Senior CA working for a head contractor.
  • Demonstrated success in contract and financial administration within major building developments.
  • Proficient in contract management with a proven ability to resolve complex contractual issues independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
