About the Role:

We're currently seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis located in Darwin, NT.

Based in Darwin, the scope of work would entail working across the NT within a close-knit team. You'll be required to utilise your skills and expertise to provide support to our key stakeholders and clients.

This position is Monday to Saturday including up to 55 hr weeks.

We are after people with the following attributes:

  • Cooperative, communicative, open-minded and flexible - with respect to other cultures
  • Physically fit and capable of completing all duties required for the role
  • Professional with a strong emphasis on HSE and quality requirements
  • Provide clients with pricing and quoting information as required
  • Visit clients on a regular basis to take orders and perform site inspections
  • Conduct prestart and toolbox talks with crews
  • Meeting key performance indicators set by the company
  • Ensure the job dockets and timesheets are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that plant and equipment is fully utilised
  • Provide hands on assistance on site in the form of supervision, mobilisation and demobilisation of mobile cranes

Essential minimum criteria:

  • High Risk Licence - C6 or RI minimum
  • Desirable CO licence.
  • Front line management advantageous
  • White Card
  • HC Drivers licence - preferred
  • National Police Clearance - within 12 months old, or the ability to obtain
  • Experience and knowledge in the mobile crane industry would be advantageous
  • Experience with heavy lift and complex lift experience and being able to develop lift studies
  • Ability to complete a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
  • Must be Australian Citizen or hold valid right to work in Australia and reside in the NT
