Join our laid-back but energetic Taren Point crew This is our smaller, more relaxed shop—perfect for someone who loves great coffee, legendary donuts, and friendly banter with customers. We need team members who can float between barista, service, and light food prep with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make quality espresso coffee and other beverages to L.A. Donuts standards
  • Serve donuts, milkshakes, and light meals (simple heat-and-serve items)
  • Provide upbeat, welcoming customer service and upsell menu items
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
  • Keep the store sparkling—clean tables, counters, coffee machine, and equipment
  • Restock displays and maintain product presentation
  • Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Fun, friendly personality with a natural knack for customer service
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
  • Basic barista skills (training provided for the right person)
  • Ability to work independently in a small team
  • Reliable, punctual, and happy to pitch in with cleaning and general tasks
