About the Role:

We are seeking a team player who is skilled and is an energetic Front of House All-Rounder to join our team in a very fast-paced café environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, delivers consistently high-quality service and can make an awesome coffee to go with it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks quickly and consistently during high-volume periods.
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers with a professional attitude.
  • Take orders, operate POS systems, and manage transactions with speed and accuracy.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including table running and clearing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a cafe.
  • Strong ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability
  • RSA certificate.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $23.24 – $39.83 per hour
