Boutique Dining & Catering - Front of House Staff: Supervisor, Baristas, Wait Staff

Boutique Dining & Catering, a thriving breakfast, lunch and tapas restaurant located on the waterfront at Salacia Waters, Paradise Point, is seeking dedicated and experienced Front of House Staff to join our team. Coming into the silly season, we are looking for the ULTIMATE Hospitality Superstar's that are confident in most front of house aspects.

At Boutique Dining & Catering, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food, exceptional service, and an inviting waterfront atmosphere. Our venue caters to breakfast, lunch, tapas and select evening services, offering a refined yet relaxed dining experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced front of house staff to uphold our service standards and contribute to our continued success.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong a la carte experience in a fast paced environment
  • Well-presented, professional, and approachable
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide exceptional customer service
