Hours: Monday - Friday 11am-7pm (flexible)
Salary: $65K–$80K base + performance bonuses (high earning potential)

  • Any experience working in sales, customer-facing or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to connect with Singaporean clients (not essential)

What You'll Be Doing
Join a high-performing sales team to support our rapid expansion into Singapore.
  • Make reactivation calls to previous leads - looking for new windows of opportunity
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients in the Singapore market.
  • Respond to warm inbound leads and answer first-line questions
  • Support a Lending Specialist with tasks like email coordination, document collection, and diary hygiene
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements
  • Keep our CRM and internal systems tidy, accurate, and up to date
