Warehouse and Delivery Team Member

We're looking for a reliable, energetic person with a positive attitude to join our small, friendly team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, delivering excellent customer service, and taking pride in doing a job well.

As part of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining warehouse stock, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and delivering products efficiently and professionally to customers. You'll also assist with processing orders through our eCommerce platform, coordinating freight across Australia, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

This position involves regular lifting, loading, and manual handling — so good physical fitness and safe work practices are essential. You'll represent the company on the road, ensuring every delivery reflects our professional, customer-focused standards.

You'll be joining a respectful, supportive team where everyone contributes and is valued by both staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process online and wholesale orders through the company's eCommerce system
  • Coordinate and dispatch freight to customers Australia-wide
  • Deliver products safely and courteously to customers using company vehicles
  • Collect stock from suppliers as required
  • Complete all delivery and freight documentation accurately
  • Load and unload vehicles safely, using correct manual handling techniques
  • Operate pedestrian forklifts and maintain warehouse organisation
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and care

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse and delivery operations (hospitality or wholesale industry experience an advantage)
  • Comfortable performing physically active work — including lifting, loading, and moving stock safely
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous manner
  • Computer literate — confident using eCommerce and freight dispatch systems
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand a wide range of products
  • Positive, flexible attitude and solid work ethic
  • Current manual driver's licence with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
