About Eagles Plumbing Plus

For over 55 years, Eagles Plumbing Plus has been supplying the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter region and Mid-North Eastern Seaboard of NSW with all their bathroom, kitchen and plumbing needs.

We are the largest locally owned and operated independent plumbing supplies company in the region and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, quality products, and a safe, supportive workplace.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour team.

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts, leading and developing your team, maximising sales, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance operational control with outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts while building new business opportunities.
  • Oversee stock control, including receipting in goods, conducting stocktakes, and managing pick-and-pack processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate drivers, deliveries, trade, and retail operations.
  • Maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards and ensure a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
  • Deliver and support training to enhance product and industry knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the upkeep of branch vehicles, forklifts, and equipment.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in managing people and operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Track record in growing sales and developing customer accounts.
  • Honesty, reliability, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of the plumbing/building industry (advantageous but not essential).
  • Current manual driver's licence.
