We are now growing our founding team and are on the lookout for a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist who are passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful, strengths‑based ways.

A Little Bit About Grow

You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team including a Child Psychologist, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, Full admin team and an Allied Health Assistant. We work closely together — sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and supporting each other through challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

Your week may include:

• Providing neuro‑affirming, play‑based therapy with children and families
• Supporting parents and carers with practical, relationship‑centred strategies
• Conducting assessments and developing meaningful, individualised therapy plans
• Working collaboratively with allied health peers, educators and families
• Having a voice in shaping your caseload and areas of interest
• Growing your caseload gradually with thoughtful, personalised support

You might be a perfect fit if:

• You're an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist (or graduating soon)
• You love working with children and families in a strengths‑based, neuro‑affirming way

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (SPA eligible) or Occupational Therapy (AHPRA registered)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics
• Understanding of the NDIS or willingness to learn
• Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing professional development
