The Role

As CTO, you'll be responsible for:

  • Technology Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership

  • Drive innovation through automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools

  • Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence

  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top talent

  • Product Development

  • Oversee design and deployment of software and hardware products
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and security across all platforms

  • Collaborate on product roadmaps and manage technical debt

  • Technical Operations

  • Ensure reliability and scalability of infrastructure
  • Implement best practices for development and testing

  • Manage technical budgets and resources

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Represent Omnitronics at industry events and forums
  • Build relationships with partners, customers, and vendors

About You

We're looking for a strategic leader with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally within critical communications
  • Proven success in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of RoIP, radio dispatch systems, and embedded technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Location & Travel
