The Centre:
Our centre is a warm and vibrant early learning community nestled in the heart of Craigieburn. Inspired by the diverse culture and family focused spirit of the area, we offer thoughtfully designed, nature-inspired play spaces that encourage creativity, curiosity, and meaningful connection. Surrounded by the dynamic energy of suburban life, our play-based programs support children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a calm, welcoming environment. Every space has been carefully curated to nurture development, celebrate imagination, and reflect the values of the local community.
The Role:
As Centre Director, you will lead with purpose, passion, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. You will be responsible for the management and leadership of our Craigieburn centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that reflect our values.
In this pivotal role, you will inspire and guide a team of educators, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and ensure the centre operates smoothly and effectively. You'll bring a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a deep understanding of compliance and best practice in early childhood education.

The Ideal candidate:
To be successful in the role, you'll be someone who brings both professional expertise and positive energy to your team, with a strong commitment to creating an inspiring and nurturing environment for children and families.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A recognised Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
- Proven experience leading a early childhood centre, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide your team
- A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks, including the NQF, NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with families, educators, and stakeholders
- Successful completion of National Police Check and Working with Children Check required
- Up-to-date training in First Aid, Child Protection (or Mandatory Reporting), and Food Safety
