What's on offer?

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing accurate, competitive and innovative electrical cost estimates. This role will suit someone with a strong background in electrical systems and LV and HV networks.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects on our across the waste water and water sector
• Analysis of design, specifications and technical documentation to identify scope, materials, labour and cost requirements
• Key point of contact with suppliers and subcontractors to course competitive pricing and assess lead times
• Coordinating and submitting detailed tenders, bids and formal proposals in line with project deadlines
• Support operations teams with monitoring program, budget forecasts and risk assessments
• Identifying innovation and value engineering solutions and efficiency improvements
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally.

How you'll connect to the role:

• 5+ years experience as an Electrical Estimator
• Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background in electrical systems
• Experience working within the civil construction or utilities sector with a proven track record preparing accurate estimates for utilities/infrastructure projects
• High level communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
