program. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them achieve their targets and deliver a quality service. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services.

APM delivers Employment Services Programs from over 400 sites nationally. This role will be managing teams across 3 locations in the South West Region, Kingaroy, Nanango or Murgon sites
.
You can be based at any one of these sites.

Your ability to create and implement diverse, yet supportive performance strategies to support a team to meet business objectives, will make you a good fit for a Business Manager.

What You Will Be Doing...

  • Empowering and motivating a team for successful service delivery and performance outcomes
  • Training and mentoring of your team and yourself
  • Promotion of APM and our services
  • Supporting the team to advocate and market our participants to local employers

To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
