About the role:

We have an opportunity for a
Repairs Manager to join our Victorian team
. Reporting directly to the Victorian Service Operations Manager, you will have approximately
15 direct reports and P&L responsibilities.
The role is office-based as well as spending time in the field with technicians, direct reports and attending customer meetings. You will also be expected to carry out monthly toolbox meetings and be responsible for driving consistent and reliable financial performance. You will also provide support to our sales team on scoping and pricing repair works.

As our Repairs Manager, you play a
crucial role in our business
as you are often the first point of contact for our customers, to deliver responsive and high-quality services and solutions. You will also be responsible for providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to your team of Repairs Technicians driving open communication and a focus on a safety culture.

What we are looking for:

  • leadership experience preferably within the lift industry will be highly regarded, together with a strong understanding of repair works.
  • Ideally experience as a
    Maintenance/ Repairs/ Service Manager working in the Lift industry or within Fire, HVAC, Security, or a similar industry
    .
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively plan, manage resources, and execute actions.
  • Ability to provide direction and take responsibility for decisions and actions of your team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence others and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities effectively.
  • Build and develop a strong safety culture.
