Food and Beverage / Gaming Attendant - Alderley Arms Hotel

Join the team at the Alderley Arms Hotel as a Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant and be part of this newly refurbished venue, where great service and good vibes come first We're looking for someone with experience or a positive, eager-to-learn attitude who's ready to jump in and grow with us. You must be 18+ with a current RSA and RCG to be considered for this role. Solid availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays will be required too.

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
  • Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently

What do we need from you

About you:

  • You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
  • You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
  • You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
  • Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
