Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Electrician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of pump systems, including booster pumps, hydraulic pumps, under-sink units, wastewater systems, sewage and stormwater pumps, and fire pump systems.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and experienced working in industrial environments, including grease pits, wastewater systems, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
  • Install, service, and repair a wide range of pump systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, including leaks, blockages, and electrical or mechanical issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ensure all systems meet operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

Qualifications:

  • A current A Grade Electrician License (Highly Desirable)
  • Technical degree or certification in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory)
  • Police Check and Working With Children Check (WCC)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
