The Role

We're looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our fast-growing team. If you have experience in solar installation, design, and maintenance—or are ready to step up your career—this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Work with the Lead Installer to plan, schedule, and deliver solar projects on time and on budget.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure installed systems perform optimally, conducting fault finding and rectification where needed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Complete on-site risk assessments (JSA) and adhere to all SAA/CEC documentation. Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety, quality, and timelines.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent communication and service throughout every project.
Skills & Experience

This role is ideal for a proactive electrician with solar experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for renewable energy. You'll bring:

  • Qualified Electrician with Solar Experience: Minimum 12 months in solar installations, or willingness to obtain CEC accreditation.
  • Solar & Battery Knowledge: Residential and commercial installation experience; able to interpret solar performance reports.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong scheduling, administrative skills, and familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; quick and effective decision-making.
  • Team Player Attitude: Contribute positively to a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking team.
