We're looking for a Content Marketer who can turn complex clinical and technical ideas into clear, compelling stories — and do so at pace. This is a role for someone who thrives on volume, clarity, and narrative craft. If you're looking to produce one polished piece per week, this isn't for you. - Produce high-volume, high-quality content across channels — daily output, not weekly
- Create sharp, credible narratives that sit comfortably in the intersection of AI, diagnostics, and clinical practice
- Write and edit: blogs, case studies, product explainers, landing pages, whitepapers, social content, email sequences
- Build content engines: repeatable formats, scalable workflows, predictable output
- Partner closely with GTM, product, clinical, and leadership to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling messaging
- Elevate our storytelling: clarity, pace, authority, and trust
- Own our editorial voice — structure, tone, language, and consistency
- Develop content for experiments, campaigns, launches, and thought leadership initiatives
- Analyse performance and continuously tune the narrative and channels
- Ensure every piece of content is accurate, medically credible, and aligned with Lyrebird's mission
- Speed: you can turn a concept into a publish-ready draft the same day
- Volume: you produce more than you're asked for — consistently
- Narrative strength: you can explain complex health-tech concepts
- Signal: your writing feels confident, sharp, and authoritative
- Curiosity: you enjoy learning from clinicians, data scientists, and researchers
- Independence: low-ego, high-ownership, decisive
- Taste: you know what good looks like — structurally, linguistically, visually
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a content, editorial, technical writing, or marketing role — ideally in health, AI, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent fields
- Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-signal written work
- Strong grasp of narrative structure, long-form and short-form writing
- Comfortable turning clinical or technical material into accessible content
- Familiarity with SEO, distribution, analytics (advantage, not essential)
- A portfolio that demonstrates pace + clarity + taste
- Build Lyrebird's content engine: formats, cadences, and workflows
- Ship a high-velocity content stream across our core channels
- Produce materials for clinicians, partners, and product launches
- Elevate the quality and consistency of our narrative across the business
- Support GTM, sales, and exec comms with fast, high-signal content
