About The Role

You will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia's leading organisations and government agencies.

Your duties will include:

  • Order collection and sorting of client records and information.
  • Daily record management to maintain security of client records & ensure compliant delivery and storage.
  • Customer service queries.
  • Working with computer technology including scanners, PCs, etc.

About You

  • Excellent customer service skills, you are hardworking and reliable.
  • Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential, you will enjoy working in a team environment.
  • You work well under pressure and have high attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to following structured processes that ensure the confidentiality of client records.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
