We're looking for mechanically minded individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to step up into a hands-on, high-earning role with a national leader in footpath maintenance.

As part of a two-person subcontracting crew, you'll operate our specialised machinery on outdoor projects across NSW. Enjoy full training, great support, and uncapped earning potential in a role where effort truly pays off.


What's on offer
  • Full on-site training – no prior experience needed
  • Earn $120K–$150K+ after expenses (our top performers earn much more)
  • 5 or 6 days a week of consistent, long-term work

Who we're looking for
  • Mechanical aptitude or diesel mechanic experience
  • Confident operating skid steers or small machinery
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to work outdoors
  • A motivated person who takes pride in their work
