We are seeking a results-driven individual with exceptional sales & leadership skills and a passion for the fitness industry to join our team as a Studio Manager.

Your role is to develop and implement strategies to grow the business, improve retention and clients' experience within our body transformation center.

Role includes selling high ticket fitness transformation programs ( 6 Weeks/12 Weeks/16 Weeks Transformation Programs),lead follow-up and sales conversions, managing social media, stories, and member groups, overseeing other trainers, managing and rostering sessions, coaching members, and owning all aspects of the member training experience and managing a fitness facility.

Additionally, the Studio Manager will be playing a critical role in retention of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Proven experience in autonomously running a gym/fitness studio and effectively executing business strategy

● Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs monthly

● Highly confident in selling high ticket programs

● Proven experience in growing a business

●Assist in the retention of existing clients through exemplifying amazing customer service )

● Proactively reaching out to leads that comes through social media channels (facebook, Instagram & Tiktok)

● Be the face of the business and not afraid to be on the camera through live videos and promoting the business and programs

● Be a community champion. Build relationships with local businesses, sports club and allied health professionals and educate them about our programs

Qualification/Experience:

  • Must have completed a High School level certificate or equivalent
  • Must have proven 2-5 years Gym/ Studio Manager experience
  • Certificate III in fitness in preferable but not essential but willing to obtain the qualification if required
