In this hands on role, you'll play a vital role as part of our enthusiastic customer service team, helping confirm orders and find customer solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to product and price enquiries from home owners
  • Supporting electricians, builders, plumbers with information about our products
  • Assisting customers with spare parts questions
  • Supporting the warranty team as required
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences

About you:

You will thrive here if you are passionate about helping customers find the best solution for them. Your experience in a related industry has helped you to understand what customers need when they have an appliance break down, spare part or warranty question. You pride yourself on your technical skills and ability to quickly pick up product knowledge.

You'll bring to the team:

  • Technical aptitude
  • An excellent phone manner and preferably, experience in a phone based customer service environment
  • Good computer skills (experience with CRM systems is of benefit but not essential)
  • Availability to work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
