  • Urgency: A strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver quickly and timely.
  • Professional Skills: Well-developed communication skills, professional presentation, good organisational skills, computer literacy, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomy: High energy and drive, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
