Key Responsibilities

  • Content Review & Compliance: Analyze marketing materials, legal documents, and regulatory submissions to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, regulatory affairs, marketing, and product development teams to maintain regulatory compliance and legal integrity.
  • Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide timely, strategic advice on legal and regulatory issues affecting content creation, development, and distribution.
  • Research & Insights: Stay informed on evolving legal and regulatory requirements within the medical and health sectors to keep the company ahead of industry changes.
  • Internal Engagement: Participate in meetings, offering legal insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions.

  • Legal Experience: Background in law with expertise in regulatory affairs, particularly in the medical, health, or related industries.
