We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and self-directed person to join our Residential Contracts and Prestart Team as a Trainee Prestart & Contracts Administrator.

Your role will include:

  • Undertaking general administrative functions as required in the day-to-day operations of the Contracts and Prestart team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of new Job Files including Preliminary Agreement documentation for Sales Consultants ensuring accuracy.
  • Providing assistance in preparing and finalising contractual documentation including HIA Contracts, Price Coverages and Variations.
  • Tracking jobs through the pre-construction system, checking all contractual documents for structure, content, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Supporting Clients with Prestart Showroom access and facilitating answers to questions they may have about product selections.
  • Preparing and Lodging Planning and Building Applications.
  • Assessing and prioritising workflow to ensure required time frames are met.
  • Liaising with Salespersons, Draftspersons, Estimators, Shires, Engineers, Financial Institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the timely progress of the job.
  • Supporting and assisting team members within the Department to deliver team and departmental outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to read and understand Surveys, Site Plans and Sketch Plans is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer literacy skills in relevant fields, including MS Office, Outlook
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and organise a demanding workload.
  • Capacity and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
