Leading Australian Property Group requires a Senior Delivery Lead for a 6 month plus contract for their Sydney CBD office.

Reporting to the Program Manager, your role will see you lead the delivery of new platforms and features that provide market leading digital experiences for their clients.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Lead either a single or multiple cross functional scrum teams utilising agile methodologies and scrum practices.
  • Working alongside the Product Owner and the broader team, drive the successful delivery of product backlogs and features.
  • Actively work with the team to identify and voice blockers, then work with the respective people, teams and partners to remove these blockers to delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to provide updates with respect to platform delivery.
  • Lead the various agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retros, showcases, etc).
  • Contribute to the overall platform roadmap

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience as a Scrum Master leading complex platform or product delivery
  • Excellent proven people management capability
  • Experience leading teams in digital environments
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly desirable
  • Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribal, Kanban, SAFE), with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
  • A team player attitude with the willingness to be flexible
