I-Pharm Consulting is proud to be partnering with a leading global healthcare organisation known for advancing medical device innovation, diagnostics, and patient-focused solutions. With a strong presence across Australia and an established site in Queensland, this company is embarking on a key project requiring additional support within their Quality and Regulatory team.

They're currently seeking a QA/RA Associate to support technical documentation and compliance activities tied to this initiative. This is a contract-based opportunity, ideal for someone looking to gain exposure within a globally recognised medical device company and contribute to an impactful project from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation in line with internal procedures and applicable standards.

  • Support technical writing of procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to document control and version management processes.

Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or a related field.

  • High attention to detail and a strong interest in technical documentation.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences (preferred).

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience in QA, RA, or documentation support roles will be viewed favourably.
