The Role

• Location: Beyond PT, Chapel Street, Prahran

• Client Base: Clients aged 40–70 focused on fat loss, mobility, and strength

• Shifts: Early morning am), evenings pm), Saturdays
  Minimum 4 Mornings, 2 evenings and Saturday required
  Roster Saturday off once a month (KPIs to meet)

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and small group personal training sessions

• Design tailored programs and guide clients through sustainable change

• Provide support around nutrition and lifestyle habits

• Learn sales and client conversion skills from experienced mentors

• Join weekly team training, PD, and mentoring sessions

• Build long-term relationships with clients who truly value your support

Who We're Looking For

• Cert IV in Fitness (or currently completing) or Uni Equivalent

• Floor ready with strong technical skills, communication and team mindset

• Willing to learn sales to grow your client base fast

• Great communicator who connects well with people aged 40

• Team player with a positive, client-first mindset

• Committed to both client results and personal growth
