Rossi Restaurant and Bar, located in cosmopolitan Prahran, Victoria, is looking for a talented and experienced Pasta Chef de Partie to join our team.

Broadly the role will include:

Contribute to the menu planning and daily specials, as required
Checking all food products, including meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables and fruit for quality and freshness
Stock inventory and ordering as required
Cooking and preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements, specialising in pasta
Compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends

The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level or equivalent qualifications/skill set; and no less than 2-years relevant employment experience with Italian cuisine.
