Our client has a strong national presence, delivering billion-dollar infrastructure projects across the east coast, and is now expanding their QLD team following several major tender wins. You'll be involved in delivering regional renewable and infrastructure projects, working predominantly on a 2:1 roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily engineering and site activities across the project lifecycle
  • Support project planning, cost control, procurement, and reporting functions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
  • Review and approve ITPs, QA documentation, and subcontractor deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards through inspections and reporting

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years minimum of experience in civil infrastructure delivery
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams and support project leadership
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge across project delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
