About Us

SAG Workforce is a working on behalf of trusted contractor in civil construction and concrete remediation, known for their ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects across commercial, government, and industrial sectors. Operating throughout Brisbane, Northern NSW and South East Queensland, we specialise in:

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Engineer to lead a portfolio of civil and concrete remediation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway toward senior project management as our business continues to grow in step with the region's infrastructure demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of concrete remediation and civil infrastructure works
  • Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
  • Supervise and support site teams, junior engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance across all works
  • Provide detailed cost tracking, progress reporting, and client liaison
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and outcomes

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil construction or remediation projects
  • Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, materials, and QA processes
  • Experience working on mid-sized projects ($250K – $5M range)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
  • Brisbane-based or willing to travel across SEQ as needed
