The MCA Controls Office ensures effective risk management across MCA, including BAU risk activities, reporting, control testing, supplier risk, and risk considerations for strategic change.

Your Impact:

This is a 12-month max term opportunity. You'll lead MCA's ACMA Enforceable Undertaking (EU) activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed, accountable, and aligned. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-end

  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables

  • Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables

  • Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery

  • Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort

  • Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teams

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills

  • Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements

  • Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change

  • Experience in a 'Pace' or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage delivery

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.

  • Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management are a plus (but not required ).

  • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
