About the Role

This job is simple — write coffee orders on lids and keep the flow moving.

But the real skill is attitude.

You'll be:

  • Greeting customers with big energy and genuine warmth
  • Building relationships with regulars and remembering names
  • Spotting opportunities to sign up nearby offices for corporate accounts
  • Keeping service fast, smooth and fun for everyone
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Full of energy – you can go all day without fading
  • Naturally positive & friendly – people feel better after talking to you
  • Sales-minded & proactive – you see opportunities, not problems
  • Approachable & well presented – professional but fun
  • Quick on your feet & quick witted – calm under pressure, fast with solutions

No hospitality cert required — your personality is the qualification.
