We are seeking a forward-thinking Group Research & Development Manager to strategically lead cross-functional teams in shaping and executing product innovations from ideation to commercialisation.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring three critical strengths:

1. Exceptional Communication – Whether you're outlining a roadmap or sharing a pitch, you communicate strategy and product direction with clarity and impact. You're comfortable presenting new ideas to senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key customers.

2. Product Knowledge & Expertise – You have minimum 7 years of proven experience designing and developing window systems, with a deep understanding of industry trends, compliance standards, and ideally, the achievement of developing a full window suite from the ground up.

3. Eye for Design & Manufacture – You bring together a keen eye for exceptional design and a solid grasp of design-for-manufacture principles. With a focus on both aesthetics and practicality, you elevate product quality while ensuring efficient production and delivery. As the lead designer on key projects, you provide hands-on technical leadership and actively contribute to the design, prototyping, and engineering of new products.
