**Manufacturing Team Member/All Rounder - Tiny Homes** Roomi is a rapidly expanding company with ambitious goals for this year. We specialise in constructing small transportable buildings for various purposes, with a particular focus on meeting the demands of the tiny home/granny flat market. Due to tremendous demand, we are scaling up production at our Brisbane factory. Recently, we have completed a factory expansion. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Manufacturing Team Member/All Rounder to join our team. **Responsibilities**: - Final clean and defect check of prefab buildings both internally and externally, ensuring the finished product meets the highest standards. - Perform general factory cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins. - Notify management when cleaning supplies or stock is running low and require reordering. - Report any quality issues with tiny homes to the Factory Foreman, ensuring they are addressed before delivery. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and efficient cleaning and delivery schedule. - Perform general manufacturing/factory duties where required. **Requirements**: - Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Excellent time management skills. - Physical ability to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting. **Schedule**: This is an ongoing casual position (up to 40 hours per week) scheduled around or within the normal factory/production hours (6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday). **How to Apply**: If you are interested in this opportunity, please click "apply" to submit your resume. **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - No weekends **Experience**: - Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
