About Us:

Heart Services is a leading hospitality group behind popular WA venues like Hillarys Beach Club and Bar Ole. We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Payroll Officer to support our growing team at our head office in Clarkson.

This will initially be a minimum 20 hour part-time role, leading to a more Full Time role as the company expands. This is an ideal role for someone with hospitality experience, and working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020 (HIGA), with a keen interest in HR, payroll, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR processes, onboarding, and staff communication

• Liaise with venue managers on staffing and HR matters

• Process fortnightly payroll and assist with award compliance

• Reconcile and process monthly super payments

• Respond to general HR and payroll queries

• Maintain accurate employee and financial records

• Assist with month-end reconciliations and year-end closing

• Help with accounts payable, reconciliation, and general admin

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality HR or admin roles

• Knowledge of the Hospitality Award (HIGA)

• Familiar with platforms like Deputy, Xero or Employment Hero

• Basic understanding of payroll

• Experience with Xero (preferred)

• High attention to detail and strong time management

• Team player with great communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
