Clarkson Nissan (part of Eagers Automotive) are seeking customer service and sales experts to join our business in a newly created flexible Sales Consultant team.

Working a flexible roster of 25-38 hours per week (based on individual preferences) across 4-5 days, this team of passionate individuals will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring the vehicle purchasing process is as fun and rewarding as it can be.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will be**:

- A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Professional presentation (both in attitude and attire)
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments.
- Passionate about building relationships with customers and potential customers
- Able to listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs.
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

**About you**:
If you are a highly motivated - driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car, we want you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate sales people or who have a customer service background are highly encouraged to apply

**You will ideally possess**:

- Prior automotive sales experience
- Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and sales targets
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
- Ability to perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
